I said "We have tradition".
Tattoo is a feature only a criminal(Yakuza people) can have.
No decent individual can have it on his/her body.
This is a notion we have in our culture.
So those people need to be separated from "others" and they know they need to be so.
They have no complaint until now, for being banned from a public bath because it is their choice to be Yakuza, it is a cost what they need to pay for, while they are being Yakuza.
But we will lose a reason to ban them when tattooed foreigners can be in a bath.
How can we keep banning Yakuzas?
Tattooed someone should be banned because one is Yakuza, but how can we do it when "tattooed person can get in"?
Tattoo is a very issue which makes us able to separate Yakuza people(Gokudos) from the rest, IN MY COUNTRY.
They need to be separated, ALWAYS.
Also tattoo is an issue not favorable for us to "get used to".
We don't need to get used to it, because it needs to be "not ordinary".
Japanese girl sometimes makes a little tattoo for fun, and later has a really tough time to "erase" it BEFORE she gets a job.
Tattoo is bad for human health either.
It hurts human liver as it is toxic to take ink into human body.
That is why Yakuzas have a serious problem in their livers very frequently.
Tattoo is no no in our culture by any means, now you understand?
Foreign people are fine when they just get dressed up and hide it, I don't make a warning by then.
Don't tend to destroy our tradition, do it like Romans do in Rome.

There's no God we have in here but still there are faith and tradition that we keep maintaning.
Why can't you hide something we see taboo like western women hide their hairs in Islamic countries?
We have some faith in our own feature and we do have tradition and culture on our own, why don't you pay repect to it when you have no problem in doing that in some Islamic country?
Not only "God related issue" is what you need to pay respect to.
