Are you looking for a good night's sleep for you baby? And also ensure that your baby develops the correct posture, and develops great motor skills? Does your baby have a bumpy head shape, or sleep only on one side of their body? Babies usually sleep well and cry less if cuddled and swaddled properly. Cuddling and swaddling a baby in a curved position that mimics the body shape when in the womb results in the proper development of motor skills and allows babies to develop a beautiful posture. This work shop provides both the theory and practical knowledge as to why baby needs to keep a C-curve spine shape in the early parts of development, especially before they start walking, and you will learn the skills of Japanese style cuddle, swaddling and sling use based on Japanese Ohinamaki swaddle and Toko-chan pelvic care theory to optimize your baby's physical development.

MINORI ARIMA, RN(Japan, Australia), CNS(Japan), Japanese Toko-chan belt adviser, 2kids's mother, Founder of Candle Hong Kong Ltd, locum teacher in Matilda Hospital,
provides holistic care to babies and families through home visit care and various classes such as Toko-chan belt class, swaddle sling class, infant massage class, baby sign class.
