The Rwanda debate is sucking up political oxygen, stopping the government from doing more useful things and giving the Labour Party an easier ride than it deserves. None of this is normal. Only this government makes it seem so.

Rishi Sunak’s strategic geniusという表題を、「リシ・スナク首相の戦略的天才」と訳されているならば、とんでもない誤訳をしていることになります。もちろん、例によって、表題だけを見るとそのように誤読するように書かれている表題で、軍隊の挿絵を入っているので、わざとそうしているとしか言えないでしょう。しかし、それはあくまでもビジュアルなイメージを喚起するためで、本来の意味は異なります。
