開発中のEGシビックリアリップスポイラーの量産用試作品が完成したのでフィッティングテストを行いました。とても満足いく仕上がりになったと満足しています。このリアリップは製品裏側にもこだわり部分が多数あります。上面裏側にはいつも通り両面テープ貼り付けのための溝を設置してフィッティングを良くする工夫ヲしています。そして裏面下部は走行時起きる風圧の巻き込みによりリアリップスポイラーがパラシュート状態にならないようにする為、リアリップスポイラー底面からOEMバンパー部底面まで覆い被さるように立ち上がった壁を構成して風の侵入を防ぐ様に工夫しています。その結果OEMバンパー部に風の抜けるベントを設置するだけでリアビューを崩さずに理想のスタイリングを確保できます。発売時期は7月中旬頃を予定しています。
We have completed the mass production prototype of the EG Civic rear lip spoiler that we are currently developing, so we conducted a fitting test. We are very pleased with the finished product. There are many special features on the back of this rear lip product as well. As always, there is a groove on the back of the top surface for attaching double-sided tape to improve the fit. And on the bottom of the back surface, to prevent the rear lip spoiler from becoming a parachute due to the wind pressure that occurs when driving, a wall is formed that covers the bottom of the rear lip spoiler to the bottom of the OEM bumper, preventing wind from entering. As a result, by simply installing an air vent in the OEM bumper, you can achieve the ideal styling without ruining the rear view. The release date is scheduled for mid-July.
