久しぶりにすき家の牛丼を食べました。
When to hear 'NIKU', most of people in Kanto would imagine pork but most of people in Kansai would imagine beef. Pork culture has been embedded in Kanto area and Beef culture has been embedded in Kansai.
However, beef rice bowl is common in both, interestingly.
It's been a while since I ate a beef rice bowl at Sukiya last time.
牛丼はいつも生卵と七味と紅生姜を乗せて食べます。やっぱり牛丼って美味しいなあ。
I have my rule to eat a beef rice bowl, I put a raw egg, red hot pepper, and red ginger pickles on a beef rice bowl. I always follow that my rule. It was good, of course, Yoshinoya and Matsuya would be better but Sukiya is also good.
関東は豚肉文化ですが関西は牛肉文化です。関西ではポークカレーと書かれてない限りカレーは牛肉ですしね。ってことで関西風肉そばを作りました。
That night, I cooked Kansai style niku soba noodles. I prepare the soup by dried small sardines and dried kelp. And I seasoned the soup by less soy sauce for being the taste as Kansai style.
もちろん牛肉です。お出汁は昆布と煮干し。美味しかった~😋昼も夜も牛肉、幸せ💕
I prefer Kansai style niku soba noodles than Kanto style. Beef is more suitable with soba noodles, I think.
