Propane gas
A new propane gas range was recently installed. All the cookers in our house are IH cookers. We are relieved that it can also be used for propane gas. Mom said that unlike electricity, propane gas has strong heat and can shorten cooking time by more than 30%. We would be happy if the amount of electricity used was reduced anyway.
