Cancellation of “Shuri Castle Rebuilding Support Charity Golf Competition” 

「首里城再建応援チャリティゴルフコンペ」開催中止のお知らせ
 

The charity event office has decided to cancel the Shurijo Castle Rebuilding Support Charity Golf Competition which was scheduled to be held on March 9 (Mon), 2020.
令和２年３月９日（月)に開催を予定しておりました

「首里城再建応援チャリティゴルフコンペ」について、開催事務局は、中止を決定しました。

The infection of the new coronavirus has spread nationwide with three cases reported in Okinawa including one with no known infection route.
It is reported that there is possibility of "City area infections" increasing in the future and various events were canceled or postponed. The decision was made to cancel the event considering the health and safety of participants, staff and all related to the event. 
新型コロナウィルスの感染は全国的に拡大し、沖縄県内でも３人の感染が報告されており、

その内１人は感染ルートが不明です。
今後「市中感染」が拡大する可能性が報道され、県内でも各種イベントが次々中止、延期される状況にあり、

参加者、スタッフ及び関係者の健康と安全のため、やむなく中止の判断に至りました。

We are very sorry to all those who are looking forward to the competition and those who have been involved in the preparation for the event, but we appreciate your consideration and understanding.
コンペを楽しみにしておられた皆様、開催準備に携わって来られた皆様には、大変ご迷惑をおかけしますが、

どうかご賢察のうえご理解いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

Please note that for those who have completed the transfer after winning the participation draw, your donation, participation & play fee, plus lunch fee will be handled individually by email or fax from the event office (in the case of a group participation, to the representative who has applied). 
なお、参加当選後、お振込みを終えた皆さまには、チャリティ代金、参加費＆プレー代＆昼食代の取り扱いに関して、

別途個別（グループの場合は、お申込みされた代表者様）に、メールないしファックスで事務局から御連絡申し上げます。
