Tokushima, the country of Awa, is dotted with archaeological sites from about 20,000 years ago for each age group.
阿波の国徳島には、約2万年前くら
い前からの遺跡が各年代ごと
に点在しています。
The Awashiseki Park in the opening photo is located at the foot of Mt. Kinobe between Kokufu-cho, Tokushima City and Ishii-cho, Myozai-gun.
冒頭写真の、阿波史跡公園は、
徳島市国府町と名西郡石井
町の間にある気延山
の麓に、あり
ます。
Tokushima, the country of Awa, has a long history, and more than 200 burial moundshave been confirmed in the group of burial mounds on Mt. Kinobe in Kokufu-cho, Tokushima City.
阿波の国徳島の歴史は古く、徳島
市国府町の気延山の古墳の
群には、200基以上の
古墳が確認
されてい
ます。
What is characteristic of this group of burial mounds is that, in addition to the number of burial mounds, there are various types of burial mounds
(circular burial mounds, front-rear burial mounds, front-rear burial mounds, etc.) for each era.
この古墳群で特徴的なのは、その
数に加えて、各時代ごとの様
々な形の古墳 （ 円墳、前方
後円墳及び前方
後方墳など）
があること
です。
On Mt. Kinobe, there are the pentagonal Iwakura, which is said to be the grave of Amaterasu Omikami, and the Amaterasu-monbetsu There is Amano-iwatowake-yakurahime shrine with Amaterasu as the deity.
気延山には、天照大御神のお墓と
言われている五角形の磐座
とか、天照をご祭神とした
天石門別八倉比賣
神社があり
ます。
In addition, there are many shrines that surround this Amano-iwatowake-yakurahime shrine and are known as the "mythical stage."
また、この天石門別八倉比賣神社
を取り囲むようにして、「神話
の舞台」との謂れのある
沢山の神社など
があります。
During the construction of the north-south road to the east of this park, many valuable Yayoi period relics such as dotaku were excavated.
この公園の、東側に南北に延びる
道路工事の際には、銅鐸
を始めとする弥生時
代の貴重な遺物
が多数発掘
されてい
ます。
