Hiroshima----!




The Hiroshima area of Japan is famous for their okonomiyaki,

which is a pancake-like dish with vegetables and meat inside.

They actually have their own way of making okonomiyaki that

sets it apart from other areas of Japan.

Not only do they add vegetables and meat, they also put

lots of cabbage and noodles in as well.

The pancake itself is especially thin compared to the okonomiyaki

at other places.

They let it sit for a while until the cabbage shrinks down.

Then they put an egg over it and an another pancake on top.

It's really soft, juicy and lighter than it looks.

Usually one person eats one whole thing.

Of course I did, too! It was soooo good!!! 　




広島と言ったら、お好み焼きですよね！

広島に行く前にも何人の方にコメントを頂きましたが、

今回Yogajakenの馬上さんのオススメでこちらの

八昌さんに言って参りました～～！






まさしく広島風お好み焼き。

中に焼きそばなどに使われる麺と沢山のキャベツに両端に薄い生地。

キャベツをたっくさん入れるのに、長い間焼くからか食べる頃には

随分キャベツが小さくなっています。

そして、卵を上に！

美味しかった～～！！

一人一枚食べるのが普通らしく





もちろん私も一枚食べました
