昨日は二十四季の小暑。産土神社参拝に行こうと考えていたのに、結局行かずじまい。
そのせいなのかどうか。
朝起きたときから頭痛がして、軽い嘔気があって、頸部に鍼をしながら午前中を過ごし、8時半くらいに家族の治療をし、9時半過ぎに予定していた車のリコール修理に行ってきた。
デイジーは、すでにいろいろやっちまって、ブドウ農家さんのところでバッテリーをあげてしまって、農家さんにわざわざ家から充電器を持ってきていただいて、なんとかエンジンをかけて帰宅。その後、家で充電をしてもらった、ということがあった。
昨日は約5,000ｋということで、6か月点検もしていただき、オイル交換もしてもらってきた。
その後、朝食兼昼食をなんとか作り、あまりの具合悪さにそのまま座敷に横になった。足元にハルくんがいた。
結局17時過ぎにはシャワーを浴びて布団へ。
Yesterday was the a littje heat of the 24 seasons. Though I was thinking of going to visit my birthplace shrine, I didn't go after all.
Is it because of that?
I had a headache when I woke up in the morning, had a slight nausea, and spent the morning doing my own acupuncture on my neck. I treated my family at around 8:30 and went to the scheduled car recall repair after 9:30.
Daisy (my car) has already done various things, The battery is dead at the grape farmer, had the farmer purposely bring the charger from the house, managed to start the engine to come back home. After that, I had him charge at home.
Yesterday, my car had a mileage of about 5,000k, so I had the dealer check it for 6 months and changed the oil.
After that, I managed to make breakfast and lunch, and I lay down on the tatami room as it was. There was Haru at my feet.
After all, after 17:00, I took a shower and went to bed.
今朝はなんとか起きて動けそうだったのでバイトへ。
それでもまだ軽い頭痛と吐き気は残っている状態。

昨日は一日水3杯だけで過ごしたが、今朝は昨日作った野菜炒めを食べて、昨日、修理を待つ間にスーパーで買ったがんつきを食べた。

連日雨の中、可憐に咲いてくれたサボテン！ 可愛い！！
