I watched this program again and again. It was so good that I wanted to make Spoon-molded Sushi.
The sushi rice is fluffy enough to melt in my mouth and wonderful with "zuke" tuna. It's so delicious, easy to cook and so unique as well. I think that people from all over the world can enjoy Rika's creative recipes.
