My wife stumbled on something cool today. She was doing a search and found that my "free hugs for world peace" movement made it on to Wikipedia.
There is an article about the "free hugs campaign," and if you scroll down, my name is mentioned as starting the Sep 21 International Day of Peace free hugs for world peace event. There is even a link to my Facebook Free Hugs for World Peace page!
On Friday, International Day of Peace, we went out to Shibuya and gave FREE HUGS for WORLD PEACE. We were a great team that day! Thanks Megumi, Laurier, and Harumi (she was the one taking pictures and videos)!
Many other people did the same thing in their cities, too!
We had around 60 cities participate in the peace day event. The video will come out soon...well, after I collect all of the pictures and video clips from around the world.

Two to the power of LOVE: I'm back from my event in Shibuya, Tokyo, and I want to say that it was so AWESOME! This time I had 2 others with me who were giving out free hugs at the same time.
I know that some of you free huggers out there are used to this, but in the past, I've been pretty much on my own--just me and my sign and someone with a camera. Let me just say that "where two or more are gathered" the Spirit is so much stronger. It doesn't just double and triple. The energy increases exponentially! It's like 2 to the power of LOVE!
Just thinking... As I watch the news and see videos on the Internet, it seems there are many people who have so much energy to go out and protest because of misplaced anger.
On International Day of Peace (Friday) and again on Sunday, let's go out and send positive thoughts, love, and peace to all...
(Friday, noon, near Hachiko and also on Sunday, same time, same place)
...We in Japan might especially send that energy to the people in China, because anything other than peaceful negotiations regarding the islands makes absolutely no sense at all.
Imagine if Chinese people saw people in Japan on the news sending love...
