万が一機内の気圧が低下した場合、酸素マスクが上部より降りてまいります。
Should the cabin become depressurized, an oxygen mask will drop down from above.

このマスクを鼻と口にあてがい、ついているひもでしっかりと留めてください。
Place the mask over your nose and mouth, and secure it with the strap.

小さいお子様がいらっしゃる場合は、最初にご自分のマスクを装着してから、お子様のマスクを留めてあげてください。

前平和台市長、原正は、事務所の女性スタッフへの性的嫌がらせを行ったとして、1年の禁固刑、3年の執行猶予の判決を言い渡されました。
Former Heiwadai Mayor Tadashi Hara has been sentenced to one year in prison, suspended for three years, for molesting a female employee in his office.

しかしながら、昨年の春の選挙では、彼は楽々と再選を果たしました。
In the election in the spring of last year, however, he was reelected easily.

無職の学卒が増加しています。
Graduates with no jobs are increasing.

文部省は、無職の若い学卒の人数が増加していると報告しました。
The Education Ministry reported that the number of young graduates with no jobs is increasing.

報告によりますと、40万人の学卒が仕事を探そうとしなかった、もしくは見つけられなかったということです。
The report said 400,000 graduates did not try to find jobs or could not find jobs.

■A TV cooking program
テレビの料理番組

いなりすしは酢飯を油揚げで包んだもので、ピクニックのお弁当によく作られます。
Inari-zushi, or vinegar-flavored rice wrapped in fried tofu, is often prepared for picnic lunches.

これはとても人気のある日本の食べ物です。
This is a very popular Japanese food.

実際に、作るのはとても簡単です。
Actually it's simple to make.

まず最初に、酢で味付けした寿司飯を作ります。
First, make the sushi rice flavored with vinegar.

次に、油揚げを用意します。
Then prepare the fried tofu.

熱湯をかけて油揚げから油を取り除きます。
Pour boiling water over the fried tofu to remove the oil.

それから、包丁の側面を使って油揚げを軽く叩きます。
Then, tap it with the side of a knife.

油揚げを半分に切って、その切り口を注意深くあけて小さな袋を作ります。
Cut it in half and carefully open the cut end to make a small sack.

鍋の中でだし汁、醤油、みりんを混ぜて、沸騰させます。
Mix the broth, soy sauce and sweet sake in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.

油揚げをその汁の中に入れ、汁のすべてが油揚げに吸収されるまで弱火で煮ます。
Put the fried tofu in the liquid and simmer until all liquid is absorbed in the fried tofu.

最後に寿司飯を油揚げの袋に優しく詰めます。
Finally stuff the sushi rice into the fried tofu sacks gently.

いなり寿司作りを楽しんでください。
Enjoy preparing inari-zushi!
