福島港で行われました！
There was an opening ceremony for Nakanoshima West Winter Story2016
on the 14th of Dec 2016 at Fukushima Pier.
まずは、このセレモニーの企画関係者方の挨拶です。
Firstable, the greeting speech from the people concerned this event.
そして、まちに待った、オープニングセレモニー！
The opening ceremony starts!
関係者を乗せたポンポン船が、出航しました。
The ship with the people concerned left the pier.
すると、たくさんの船があちこちから
あつまってきて、、、
Many ships gathered....
配られた、ライトを振り、
子供達もテンションが高ぶります！！
We get the hand-light and wave it to the ship.
Children get so excited and...
パレードスタート！！
The parade starts!
すばらしいですね！！！
Wow,wonderful!
なかなか、見れない光景です！
It cannot be seen in the middle of the city.
