One Italian gentleman came back from outside around 1 AM and ordered below dish.
This menu is relatively new among our cafe menu.I has just released on last month.
People in Osaka area say this is the soul food for them. If you have an opportunity,
please go to Osaka and try some.

By the way, this ball-shaped snack is
called Takoyaki,
it is made of flour and
filled with minced octopus.
He told me it was not too soft and not too hard.
I suppose it satisfied his hunger.
