2012年5月4日 千葉県柏市の柏市立柏病院の敷地内で放射線量を測定した。
空間（胸の高さ）の値は0.25マイクロシーベルト毎時。集められた落葉の上で10.15マイクロシーベルト毎時だった。
病院の敷地に隣接して柏市の最終処分場がある。 柏市は2011年6月まで、病院からわずかに200mの場所に、家庭から出る一般ゴミの焼却灰25トン（放射性物質が高濃度に濃縮されていた）をこの最終処分場に埋め立て処分していた。
最終処分場の周囲は、柏市の他の地域よりも一段高い値の放射線量が計測されている。
25トンの高濃度の放射線を放つ焼却灰の一部が、地表から周辺地域に飛散したことが考えれれる。 焼却灰が基準を超える放射線量であることが報じられると、市は、2011年10月になってから、灰を掘り起こし、ドラム缶につめて保管している。
福島第一原発から柏市までの距離は約200km。 柏市から東京の中心まで約35km。
測定器は、ウクライナ製。ECOTEST MKS-05。 ガンマ線のみを測定した。

On 4 May 2012, I measured radiation at "Kashiwa city hospital" of Kashiwa city, Chiba pref, Japan. I monitored 0.28 micro Sievert per hour in air at chest high, 10.10 at ground level, on a pile of wet fallen leaves removed from the hospital premises.
Kashiwa is 35km from the center of Tokyo, 200km from "Fukushima Daiichi".
Measuring instrument is made of Ukraine. ECOTEST MKS-05.

200m from the hospital, There is a Garbage Ash Landfill site of Kashiwa city.
Radioactive materials are condensed in garbage ash.
Kasiwa city laid 25 tones of such highly radioactive polluted ash in the site, 200 meters from this hospital and schools in March, April, May and June of 2011.
High radioactive figures have been monitored in this areas.
