今日は、先週の現場の疲れを落とすべく、

マッサージに行ってきました

今日のマッサージ師さんはすごく上手で、血のつまりが一気に流れた感じ

足の付け根のつまりを治すポーズを教えてもらいました。

それは、、、サルのポーズ

デスクワークが続いたりすると、

詰まりやすいのは　↓こういうところ

お風呂上がりにこれをするだけで、結構変わるみたい。

痛かった足がだいぶ楽になったので、

寝る前ストレッチは取り入れたいと思います！

今週は残念ながら行けなかったんですが、

先日、久々に早起きをして朝一の打合せに行った時のこと。

某大手ドリンクメーカーさんのロビーにて。

結構早い時間なのに、すごい人！！

会社に営業に来ている人たちがいっぱい。

ライバルってこんなにたくさんいるんだってリアルに実感できた瞬間で、

思わずパシャリ　メラメラ闘志が湧いて　打合せはかなりハリキリモードでした。

それにしても、やっぱり朝から頑張らないと

ちなみに、この中で女性は私を含め２人だけ。

女性の進出枠はまだまだありそうで、逆に有利？とか思ったりしつつ、

朝が苦手という大きな壁が！！！

体内時計を正常にコントロールしてないと、健康も仕事もダメか。

体内時計の戻し方→どうやら、光が一番関係してるようですよ。

今日は１日オーディショデーといっても、私はモデルさんではありません、私はオーディションを開く方。

今週、クライアントさんのイベントがあって、そのMCさんの選考オーディションでした。

選ぶなんておこがましいですが、仕事だから精一杯勉強させてもらいました。

決まった人に共通してたのは、”バランスの良さ”。

・ビジュアル

・MCスキル・経験値

・コミュニケーション能力（人当たりの良さ）

・第一印象(雰囲気)

・身だしなみ

受かった方はどれもが程良く良かった。

仕事の内容にもよるけど、何かがずば抜けていい！！も魅力的ですが、

”バランスが取れてる人は多くの人に好印象を与える”

というのは、今回実感したこと。

そしてもう２つ、

”身だしなみを整えてない人は、比べてみるとかなりみすぼらしく見える”

”肌が荒れているとかなり老けて見える”

これはしみじみ実感。

ほんとはすごくいい子かも・・・みたいなことを考える前に、シャットアウトされてしまう！

やっぱり見た目超大事ということで、気が引き締まりました。

年末に３０を迎えるので

2年ほど検討していた、美肌パワーアップグッズを購入することを決意。

とっておきの情報ですが、皆さんにも紹介しちゃいます。

i tightend my mind.

because i will be thirty at the end of the year,

i determined to buy the beautiful skin power-up goods that had been examined for about two years.
