北米版逆転検事感想（海外BBSから）

海外BBSから感想を拾ってみました。私が解読できるものを選んでいるだけなので、ここに上げたのが海外ファンの感想の全てであるってわけじゃないですよ。このBBSはシリーズの熱心なファンが多いので、前作までの知識がきっちりあるファンからの意見だと思ってください。
それと、海外版で変更になったネタ（ダジャレとか）は、まだ私が北米版をプレイしていないんで、それに関するレスを読んでもよくわかりません。ということで、申し訳ないのですがそういうレスは飛ばしてます。
以下、当然ながら、逆転検事の重要なネタバレを含みます。
■1話
The introduction of Yatagarasu was very interesting, I can't wait to find more about it. Is it just me or does he seem like a "DeKiller", but a thief instead?
冒頭のヤタガラスの登場は面白かった、正体が待ちきれないです。私には彼がコロシヤのように見ましたがどうでした？
All I have to say is I hate Jacques Portsman. He says he's a genius and a prodigy and would kill to ensure a guilty verdict...he's a von Karma wannabe, and not even an entertaining one.
優木が大嫌い、その一言につきます。天才と自称して有罪判決を確実にするために殺しをします、まるで狩魔豪になりたがっているようですが、そこにすら近づけません。
LOLOMGWTF, WHY IS THE BEGINNING SO DIFFERENT FROM THE DEMO?! AAAAAAAGH!!!
うはははは体験版と始まりが違うじゃん！ ああああああ！！
I was thinking Jacques => Jackets
Jacquesはジャケットが元ネタかと思った。
（訳注：優木ことJacques Portsmanの名前の由来について。この後彼の名前がフランス風だとか、スペイン風だとか、フランス系カナダ人じゃないかとか論争が続きます。私から見れば何でもいいじゃんと思うのですが、海外BBSではこういう論争が結構起こります）
I thought it was a decent opening case, although I'm not too keen on the music (I suppose it'll grow on me eventually, though). Portsman was a good opening villian, although I hate it when he keeps fiddling with his jacket (watching him swallow his medal right at the end felt good though!).
最初の事件として面白いと思いました、音楽は夢中になれるというわけではありませんが（もっとも、好きになれそうですが）。優木は最初の犯人として良かったです、でも彼がジャケットをバサバサするのは嫌いです（でも、彼がメダルを飲み込んだ時はスカッとした！）。
Edgeworthの某台詞がバカウケしているんですが、それのどこらへんが面白いんだか、日本人の私にはイマイチわかりません。ソフトが届いたらチェックしてみよう。
アウチの存在感のなさもウケてるみたい。
優木にはムカついたという意見が多いです。ここの海外BBSだと一般的に、真犯人は嫌いだとかむかついたとかいう意見が多めですね。
真犯人をやっつけてスカっとした！ という意見は、制作者冥利に尽きるんじゃないでしょうか。
■2話
Was the "grape juice" still grape juice in Japanese? I have both the English and Japanese versions but never got far in Japanese. I swear it looks like wine.
日本版もグレープジュースでしたか？ 私は英語版と日本語版を持っていますが、日本語は読めません。どう見てもワインなんですけれど。
（訳注：日本でもジュースですｗ 任天堂的に、豹変後の王都楼が持っているのとかもやっぱりお酒ではないんでしょう）
It's interesting to see Franziska again, seeing her and her whip was interesting. By the way, where is her extreme use of "fool"? Maybe I'm starting to miss it....
冥の再登場は面白く、ムチも愉快でした。ところで、彼女の「バカ」を繰り返すくだりはありましたか？ 見逃しちゃったかも。
I wish that Edgeworth's handcuffed sprite would actually show the handcuffs, my mind was so distracted from the dirty thoughts of Edgeworth staring at Rhoda's moderately-sized bust that I miserably failed the first few rebuttals.
手錠をかけられた御剣のドット絵が、まるでいちるのバストあたりを見ているようだという私のバカな考えのせいで、最初の追求に失敗しました。

Zinc Lablanc II was an okay guy I guess, and his theme does have some degree of coolness, but he reminds me way too much like my dad, right down to the English mistakes.
ジンク・ホワイトは面白いヤツで、彼のテーマ曲はかっこよく、しかし英語を間違えるところが私の父親みたいで、何度か思い起こさせました。
I still think Cammy is atrocious, but I did like her a lot more when she "woke up".
若菜は残虐です、でも彼女が「目覚めた」時、彼女を好きになりました。
Am I the only one who felt deja vu like I was seeing Yanni Yogi again when Cammy Meele kept falling asleep and blowing bubbles?
白音若菜が眠って泡を出した時、灰根を思い出したのは私だけですか？
I felt really bad for Rhoda, the poor girl just wanted her suitcases to be a success and yet the only ones that sold were the ones she bought herself. She really is passionate about her job and that really makes me respect her. So far she's probably one of my favorites from the game.
実はいちるのことは良く思いませんでしたが、かわいそうな彼女、ただ彼女のスーツケースが売れて欲しかっただけなのに、売れたのは彼女自身が買ったものだけでした。彼女は本当に仕事に情熱的で、私は彼女を尊敬します。今までのところ、彼女はこのゲームでのお気に入りの一人です。
他には宇在の台詞が面白かったという意見がありますね。北米版ではスラングを連発するキャラになっているんですが（蘇る逆転解説参照）、今回も炸裂していたみたい。
上で真犯人は嫌われがち、と書きましたが、白音に関しては意見が分かれているみたい。機長の方がむかつくという意見もあり。
■3話
What about Edgeworth's cell phone? Especially for a game set in the future, it looks pretty old. It looks more like one of those cordless phones from the early 90's.
御剣の携帯電話は何なんだ。ゲームの中の時間は未来のはずなのに、かなり古く見えます。まるで90年代前半あたりのコードレス電話のようだ。
How is Viola still operating Tender Lender? I thought Furio was the one who started it? You'd think that she'd go away from the loan business to forget him...
うらみはどうやってカリヨーゼを運営しているんだろう？ 私は芝九蔵が会社を始めたのだと思っていたのですが？ 彼女は彼を忘れるためにローン会社からは去ると思っていました。
I had multiple fangasms when I saw the sign about the epic Magician's battle of the century with Max Galactica vs. Troupe Gramarye. I wonder who would've won?...
マックス・ギャラクティカと或真敷一族の世紀の魔術師対決という看板があったけど、どっちが勝ったんだろう？
The intro scared the hell out of me.
オープニングは私を地獄に突き落とした。
I agree. Plenty of people think the badgers are creepy, but having the Proto Badger sneak up on you with a sword would be terrifying to anyone. Edgeworth probably shouldn't have gone in there alone.
まったくだ。みんなプロトタイホくんそのものが気味悪いと思ってるだろうけど、剣を持ったプロトタイホくんに忍び寄られることは誰だって怖い。御剣は一人であんな所に行ってはいけなかったんだ。
Goddamn... Freaking.... PROTO BADGER!! I'm going to have nightmares for sure. DX
ちきしょう‥‥なんて恐ろしい‥‥プロトタイホくん！！ 夢でうなされそうだ。
That Proto Badger with the sword is pure Nightmare Fuel.
剣を持ったプロトタイホくんは、悪夢の材料だ。
3話は逆転裁判シリーズからの登場キャラや、隠し要素的なもの（ボーイ、ガリューウエーブマーク、マックスv.s.或真敷、うらみからの手紙など）が多いので、そのあたりが嬉しかったという感想が多いですね。成歩堂たちを見つけられない！ ってレスもありました。
そしてプロトタイホくんの犠牲者が海外でも続出の予感‥‥！！
■4話
Awesome case. Every new character was good, with Tyrell Badd being outstanding, and the old characters felt like they were there for a reason, not just tacked on (like in case 3). It was fun interrogating the Judge, seeing Manfred again, and the whole scenario of the video was cleverly done and an interesting solution.
Best case so far.
面白いエピソードだった。新キャラは良く、特に馬堂は素晴らしかった。3話と異なり、過去作からの登場キャラは登場の意味がちゃんとあるように思えた。サイバンチョへの尋問や豪に会えたのは楽しくて、ビデオに関するシナリオは興味深く面白い解決法でした。
今までの中で一番面白いエピソードでした。
The whole thing with Kay, and Gummy lying to protect her to so cute and awesome! I loved it!
美雲全般と、彼女を守ろうとするイトノコが可愛らしく最高！ 大好きです！
Manfred was so scary in this case, it's like seeing a ghost, it's even scarier when he's facing in front of Edgeworth. It was like looking into a mirror...
豪が怖かった。まるで幽霊を見ているかのようだった。御剣と向かい合っているのは更に怖かった。まるで鏡と向き合っているかのような‥‥
（訳注：逆転裁判シリーズをプレイ済みの人だけが感じる思いですな）
Young Franzy was pretty funny, but I realized that her voice...just doesn't work as a 13 year old...
小さい冥はとても可愛らしかったけど、声が‥‥13歳とは思えない‥‥

I can't shake the feeling that I missed something. I examined that Swiss roll to hell and back and I found no Eat button. Where is the Eat button? I must eat the delicious Swiss roll!
なんかミスったんだろうか。スイスロールを調べたんだけど、「食べる」ボタンがなかったんだ。「食べる」ボタンはどこですか？ スイスロール食べたいんだけど！

My "D'AAAAAW" gland kicked in when Kay started sobbing over her father's death.
I'm a softy.
美雲が父親の死について泣き始めた時、私の涙腺は崩壊しました。
私は涙もろいのです。
馬堂人気が高いみたいですね。割愛しましたが（うまく翻訳できそうになかったので‥‥）長文で馬堂について語ってる人もいました。
Calisto（葛）のObjection!（異議あり！）ボイスが酷いというレスがちらほら。実際に聞いてみないとわかりませんが‥‥
■5話
It was incredibly satisfying to take down Yew/Shih-na and the first part where she finally breaks out into laughter was amazing. I didn't really expect the whole "Shih-na is Calisto" deal, I just figured that Shih-na was the real villain or was just in cahoots with someone, so when she burst out into that all too familiar laughter I was just like "OMG IT'S HER!". Too great.
葛/シーナをやっつけることは、とても愉快でした、最終的に彼女が高笑いを始めた瞬間は素晴らしかった。私はシーナ＝葛だとは思ってもいませんでした、シーナが真犯人か、誰かと共謀しているとだけ思っていて、彼女が高笑いをしたとき「なんてこったい、こいつはあの女だ！」と思ったのです。なんて凄い話だ。
Poor Edgey... he had to be saved by Larry and OLDBAG. How humiliating.
かわいそうなミッちゃん。矢張とオバチャンに助けられてしまうなんて、なんて屈辱的なんでしょう。
When Shih-na did the "pwwh" laugh for the first time, I almost dropped my DS. Who saw that coming? And that wasn't even the climax, yet! I ended up staying awake playing until two-thirty in the morning because it kept feeling like I was so close to figuring everything out that it must be close to the end. Nope. Awesome, twisty case. (I spent most of the first half assuming that Palaeno was going to be the big bad, thanks to all the nervous hand-wringing. I'm glad he turned out okay, because I think I'm in love with him. What a cutie. )
シーナが高笑いし始めた時、私はDSを落っことしてしまいました。誰が予想したでしょうか。しかもそれはまだクライマックスでさえありませんでした！ もうすぐエンディングだろうと思って、結局朝の2時半まで遊んでしまいました。なんて複雑な事件だったんだろう。（しつこいもみ手のせいでダミアンが悪役に違いないと前半は思い込んでいました。私は彼が好きになったので、悪役じゃなくて嬉しい。なんていい奴なんだ。）
...I still wonder how on earth that thin bit of wire could hold two good-sized gold statues, or how the ceiling fans could manage the weight and strain. Hmmm...
細いワイヤーでどうやって2つのかなり重い金の像を保持できたのかとか、天井のファンがどうやってその重さに耐えたのかが未だにわからない。

It was a LONG case. Part of me thought it was over when I found out Shih-na's "true identity". Part of me didn't, because some of the evidence I had was still not used. I actually thought Shih-na was Calisto Yew before the reveal. I was comparing the pictures in the Profiles, and I could see that their lips were similar and even the shape of the face. I didn't thought about the mini-sprites. I was also shocked to see Lang took the bullet for Shih-na. Wow... he really trusts everyone in his "family".
長かった！ シーナの正体がわかった時、もう終わりか？ とも思いましたが、使われていない証拠品があったので、そうでもなさそうだとも思いました。私は、シーナが葛ではないかと前々から思っていました。人物ファイルで絵を見比べた時、彼女らの唇と顔の形が似ていることに気付きました。ミニキャラのドット絵では思いつかなかった。また、ロウがシーナへの弾丸を受け止めたのは衝撃的でした。わあ、彼は本当に彼の「家族」みんなを信頼していたのですね。
5話までたどり着いた人が少ないんで、感想の数もまだ少なめ。
これからダミアンさんに騙される人も増えることだろう。ニヤリ。

It was a LONG case. Part of me thought it was over when I found out Shih-na's "true identity". Part of me didn't, because some of the evidence I had was still not used. I actually thought Shih-na was Calisto Yew before the reveal. I was comparing the pictures in the Profiles, and I could see that their lips were similar and even the shape of the face. I didn't thought about the mini-sprites. I was also shocked to see Lang took the bullet for Shih-na. Wow... he really trusts everyone in his "family".
長かった！ シーナの正体がわかった時、もう終わりか？ とも思いましたが、使われていない証拠品があったので、そうでもなさそうだとも思いました。私は、シーナが葛ではないかと前々から思っていました。人物ファイルで絵を見比べた時、彼女らの唇と顔の形が似ていることに気付きました。ミニキャラのドット絵では思いつかなかった。また、ロウがシーナへの弾丸を受け止めたのは衝撃的でした。わあ、彼は本当に彼の「家族」みんなを信頼していたのですね。
5話までたどり着いた人が少ないんで、感想の数もまだ少なめ。
これからダミアンさんに騙される人も増えることだろう。ニヤリ。
