昨日、約半年ぶりにJ-Clinicさんへ通院しました。
今回は、ギックリ腰の治療ではなく、
危ない予感がしたので、事前に治療しようと思い通院しました。
I went to J-CLINIC yesterday for the first time in about half a year.
This time, not the treatment of Strained Back,
I had a dangerous feeling, so I went to J-CLINIC to treat it in advance.
先週の土曜日は、早朝から夜まで１２時間オーバーの撮影でした。
休憩も昼食時20分程度で、それ以外が移動しながらの撮影。
久しぶりに腰にきました。
Last Saturday, I spent over 12 hours shooting from early morning to night.
We took a break for about 20 minutes at lunch time, and other than that, we shot while moving.
It's been a long time since my back hurt.
昨年の治療以降、先生指導の元、自主的なリハビリトレーニングも手伝って、
大事に至ることはなかったのですが、
今回は、「危ない予感！」を感じたので、通院しました。
Since last year's treatment, Bodywork Therapist guidance has helped me with voluntary rehabilitation training,
I had no significant back pain.
However, this time I felt a "dangerous premonition!", So I went to the hospital.
予約の際、昨年担当して頂いた、丹野先生とタイの女性先生にお願いしたのですが、
女性先生は、支店に異動されていませんでした。
When I made the reservation, I asked Bodywork Therapist Mr.Tanno and a Thai female Bodywork Therapist who were in charge last year.
The female Bodywork Therapist had not been transferred to the branch.
日本在住時代は、大きい病院に通院してましたが、
同じ先生がづっと担当でしたので、
そういうイメージを持っていたので、
実際の治療を担当する先生が変わることに少し不安がありました。
しかしながら、それは杞憂に終わりました。
When I was living in Japan, I used to go to a big hospital,
Since the same doctor was in charge for a long time,
I had that kind of image,
I was a little worried about the change in the doctor in charge of the actual treatment this time.
However, it was imaginary fears.
治療終了後、腰も真っ直ぐに伸ばしても、曲げても、
通院前より明らかに快復していました。
ゴッドハンドですね。
After the treatment, whether I straightened or bent my back, it was clearly better than before I went to the hospital.
God hand.
J-Clinicがバンコクに開いて、だいぶ時間が経ちますが、
佐藤代表と丹野先生の指導の元、
タイスタッフの先生方の力量は非常に向上しています。
It's been a long time since J-Clinic opened in Bangkok.
Under the guidance of directors Bodywork Therapist Mr.Sato and Bodywork Therapist Mr.Tanno,
The competence of Thai staff Bodywork Therapist has greatly improved.
5年前左不随の際にお世話になった際、
タイの先生によっては、多少技量にバラツキを感じたことがありましたが、
昨年久しぶりの通院で、非常に技量が向上しているのを感じました。
When I was taken care of when I was paralyzed in my left leg five years ago,
Depending on the Thai Bodywork Therapist, I have felt that there is some variation in skill.
However, when I visited the hospital last year at It's been a while, I felt that the skills of Thai doctors have improved greatly.
2月中旬以降から3月は少し忙しいので、
それまでに４、５回は通院して、
体調を万全にしたいと思っています。
I'm a little busy from mid-February to March, so
I had been to the hospital four or five times before,
I want to be in perfect physical condition.
