【覚えた英語をmemo】 My English is biginner. I'm looking for the way how can I enjoy studying English.まずは自分で英語で書いて、ネイティブの方に間違いを修正してもらっています。数日後には赤字で修正しています。

Daisy can't really speak in English very well to express what I want.


Today, I am going to collect some phrases "Otsukare sama" (This word is care for others when people can say "Otsukare sama" to people finished working).

Basically, it seems that there is no literal translation to "Otsukare sama" in English, but there are some phrases of care for others who finished their works.


If I would can find other good phrases, I'll update later.


「お疲れさま」 "Otsukare sama"

1. You must be tired.

2. You've got to (gotta) be tired. Aren't you?

3. I hope you are not too tired.

4. Did you have a hard/ busy day again today?

5. Have you had a hard/ busy day again today?

6. Are you caught up with a lot of work again?

7. You sure look tired out today again!

8. Has your day been hectic?


仕事終わりの「お疲れさま」 Shigoto owari no "Otsukare sama"

Thank you for your hard work.

Thank you all for helping.

That sounds hard.


無理しないでね」"Muri shinai de ne"

Take it easy.

Take it easy, and don't work too hard.

I'm always worried when I see you so busy and tired all the time.

I know you have to work hard but I hope you will take it easy once in a while.

言いたい英語がぜんぜん話せない、Daisyです。


今日は、お疲れさま(仕事が終わった人に言うねぎらいの言葉) の表現を集めてみました。

基本的に英語には「お疲れさま」の直訳がないようですが、仕事に対するねぎらいの言葉はいくつかありました。

他に良い表現があれば後日更新しておきますね。

Iitai Eigo ga zenzen hanase nai Daisy desu.

Kyou wa otsukare sama(shigoto ga owatta hito ni yuu negirai no kotoba) no hyougen o atsumete mimashita.

Kihon teki ni Eigo ni wa "Otsukare sama" no choku yaku ga nai you desu ga, shigoto ni taisuru negirai no kotoba wa ikutsuka arimashita.

Hoka ni yoi hyougen ga areba gojitsu koushin shite okimasu ne.
