3, 　Change of Status of Residence　（在留資格変更）

　Those who wish to change the purpose of stay,

　　 Please apply for　change of status of residence.

4, 　Permission of Permanent Residence（永住許可）

Those who wish to stey permanently in Japan,

　　Please apply for permisson of permanent residence.

1,　 Certificate of　Eligibility （在留資格認定）
　 A foreign national intending to enter Japan of

　 his/her agent residing in Japan may be certified

　 as eligible for residency in advance by submitting

　 the application documents to the nearest regional

　immigration bureau.

2, 　Extension　of Period of　Stay　(在留期間更新）

　　Those who wish to extend their stay beyond the

　　　period of stay permitted, Please apply for

　　extension of period of stay.
