楽しかった！


I went walking with Emma, & we found an entertaining adjustment to one of the road signs on campus.

I was awake by 6:00AM & it was really nice out today. I went walking with Emma around 10:00AM though. It was still comfortable weather, but towards the end of our walk it was getting kind of hot.


Eventually we found these!!
GIANT MUSHROOMS (￣□￣;)!! おぉぉぉぉぉきい！！
These are the biggest mushrooms that I have ever seen in my entire life! There were a lot of them too, but I only photographed these three. By the way that's Emma trying to show you how big they really are.
Anyways, we moved on to go cool off inside. What's the best way to cool off?


Watch "Shark Week", of course. (｀∀´)
And absolutely paint our nails hot colors or use glittery polish. Which I must say is very distracting when typing.
Overall, I would say this was a very relaxing day. Back to work early tomorrow morning, but at least I can enjoy a Starbucks while working.

Jenn & I finished identifying the 'ukiyoe'. I was able to identify the artists & the time period (Meiji) really quickly!
I'm so happy that all of my academic training is getting used! To pay me back for helping her, Jenn took me to a bakery-cupcake shop. It's called 'Bubble Cake' & it was absolutely delicious! 美味しかった！！
Other good things happened today!
I got a hair cut! It's a lot shorter, pixie-ish. (^∇^)
I have also finalized my list for graduate schools. I am a little nervous about some of the schools & their acceptance rates.
しかし！ Here are the graduate schools I am applying to:

My professors all say that I will easily get in, but I'm still so worried! But without fail．．．がんばりま～す！
