Close to my home, there is a best meat shop called Asahiya.

They have so much variety of meat products to cook the world wide

dishes!!

Last night, I tried to cook the pate with white liver.

White liver means with so much fat, so it sounds not good for the

health I know, but I also know these kind of dishes has the good taste!

So I did four times Yoga in this week!!

I also could get vin Sante, so it will make a good flavor for the pate!

For cooking time makes me so happy, because most of the person

I treat my dishes, they say "I really like it!!".

I think it will be the tips to brush up the good work for cooking!

Tojo-san he is the fourth age owner of Naito Shouten in Gotanda.

He recommended great wine made in Argentina.

It was the good assistant for my cooking time.

I will try some more dishes with French, Italian, and Spanish one too!

Marcelo-san and Aline-san always support for the people got Tsunami

in Sendai and Kamaishi.

I really appreciate for their warm heart, so I wanted to do something

for them from my heart.

One day, Marcelo-san’s parents came from Brazil to stay with them,

So I got good idea to cook Japanese dishes for them!!

Beef meat with burdock cooked with say sauce.

Shiitake mushroom with tuna, onion cheese with garlic mayonnaise sauce

Spinach and sesame salad

Shio-kouji Ratatouille

Pork meat with vegetable cooked with Soy sauce and garlic

Sobaya no curry Japanese style curry with Soba noodle restaurant taste

Boiled chicken breast with mayonnaise sause and fish cake with chopped Umeboshi

And

Aline-san’s favorite “Oyako Don” chicken meat cooked with egg and onion.

I am so happy everybody liked my dishes so much!

I also could know many of news of Brazil from them.

Beach, Samba, Summer, Brazilian Sushi!!

They says Brazilian style sushi which is avocado, salmon rolled with rice

and seaweed “Nori”, and fry it like tempura. I could not imagine the taste,

but they says it is so good!!

Maybe I need to try at our party someday!

They also prepared surprise for me with the birthday cake too!!

So kind!!

It was so nice time with them!

I really like their smile all the time!

I got a heavy back ache for these days, so I tried to visit

Shinagawa Prince Hotel to get a massage with Mikako-san

from there.

She is always good at treatment to erase my pain in back.

Her reflexology makes me so relaxing!!

After the treatment, she brought one package for me,

and she said, “Happy birthday!!”.

It was my favorite sweets Baum Kuhen from Kita-Karou

in Hokkaido!

I will bite it like a shark!!
