Shimane party with wonderful Rihaku sake!!

テーマ:Apartments33 party!

We did the Shimane event at our party on 3rd, Oct.

Shimane Prefecture Tokyo Office Koduka-san helped

us very well, and Nakamura-san from Sake Brewery

Tour (http://www.saketours.com/ ) helped

to get a great support from Rihaku Brewery too.

In Nihonbashi, there is the Shimane products shop

called Nihonbashi Shimane-kan (http://www.shimanekan.jp/ )

and Shimane restaurant called Mondo

Mondo's manager Irie-san helped me for the

recipe of the typical dish called Gaina-don in Shimane.

I really liked it!! And Tanaka-san from Rihaku brewery

told me some tips for Shimane cooking too!

I also had a great guest, Ami Fukui. She is a pro

jazz piano player. She played some music for us,

it was a wonderful time!!

Rihaku was very smooth and mild, so

it was very good with the beautiful fishes and vegetables from

Shimane. I really liked Karo sake very much!

I succeeded in cooking Gaina-don, and special sticky

potato. I really liked Shimane dishes very much!

He has the great antenna to search nice person

and nice Izakaya too!

It was also the last party for Leali-san. He stayed for

4 years at Apartments33. We sometimes go out for

practicing golf, so I really feel lonely.
