テーマ:ブログひさしぶり~~~~!!
あぁ!私はこのブログを書い欠場。
懐かしいですね。
There's been a lot of things that happened to me these past few months.
AND I'M FREAKIN' PISSED THAT I DIDN'T WRITE ABOUT THEM IMMEDIATELY HERE!!!
Damn, my old habbit is coming back. I kept on abandoning my blogs... ・°・(ノД`)・°・
ブログ、本当にごめんなさい!
じゃ~、始めましょう?
Let's start plunging into my huricane-filled life.
First order of bussiness, the SCHOLASTIC AWARD!
Yep, on November 13th, 2009, I got 4th place on the Chevron Scholastic Award. With that I got a scholarship worth of 3 years of my college years. Yeah, at least with that I'm not much of a burden to my parents anymore. Thank God.
But the fun part was the process of getting to that possition.
The tests, interview, the chaotic new friends.... And also, the movies! Horror movies for exact. haha.
We watched horror movies together at our so called "dorm" and also at the interviewer's place. haha.
We pretty much trashed the place.
But it was really fun.
Okay, I'll try telling this in chronological order.
Hmmm. The journey started at November 10th, at school. On that day, we only had to go to school till 11, if I'm not mistaken. While we were in school, things were happening as normal as usual. Though at second period, it was math, we (me, Ryan, Aldi, and Gegi) asked whether we could skip the class, so that we could practice our performance in front of our dance teacher, Mrs. Yul. Yeah, it was a bit intense dancing in front of her... Especially when we danced Super Junior's "Sorry Sorry". That was a bit embarrassing to admit, but somehow we actually did it. haha.
Okay, so after that, we say our good byes to the rest of the class, because we had to prepare for our trip.
Pretty much it was a really new feeling to be with so many friends in one bus. haha. I mean, I haven't been in a bus with friends in like.... 3 years or so. So I really miss the feeling.
We arrived at Rumbai around 6 or so, and it was raining. It was nice seeing rain drops on the window, and it was dark outside. All of those feelings were new to me. Especially while listening to 2PM's "You Might Comeback (Bossa Nova Mix)".
Right, lets move on to the "dorm". Unlike my previous stay, which was a mistake, this time I wasn't assigned to be roommates with Adde. haha. Though I was hoping. (ONLY JOKING! ( ´艸`) )
My room mate was Yuri, the second youngest from all of us. Though she's pretty mature for her age, if you ask me.
In the dorm we get to know each other and old friends caught up with each other. (hey dude! SARAH! yo! haha)
yeah, pretty much we spent little of our time there. Because everyday there were always schedules to do.
We were booked!
Morning: test / interviews
Noon: lunch + going to some place or GR.
Afternoon: get back to the dorm for some breather, maybe take a bath
Night: dinner with the comittee in the fancy RCC, and another GR.
After that: party all night long! (kidding)
While everybody was having fun after the dinner, I was sleeping. haha. I only stayed up on the first night. Because then I was doing Tarots for everybody. My purpose of being there was for reading people's tarots. haha. They mostly asked about romance related subjects.... well okay, ALL OF THEM asked about romance. Including my lovely twin!! Oh wow, I never knew he had already grown up to be a man who knows about romance. tisk tisk. haha
While we were in the interviewer's place, I also brought my tarot cards, to relief the boredom of waiting for our names to be called.
Speaking of names being called, it was definitely another new feeling to me. DAMN!
I've never been so nervous in my life.
Well, unfortunately I was the last one to be called just before lunch break, so I bet the interviewers would wanna get it all over with and munch on their lunches in a hurry. haha. Oh well.
When I got into the living room (the interview was in a somewhat seemingly cozy living room), I was offered to sit on the chair in the end of the room.
I was asked about a lot of things that I wrote on my quesionare. About my determination on going through the scholastic awards, my love for Visual Kei, and apparently, my school life also. haha.
Though I think I answered with my best effort, I guess it wasn't enough to bring me to a higher rank. That's okay, getting to the final 35 was already an achievement for me. I actually never thought that I would be on of those people. Though I think I have less achievements than most of the people there. haha
Oh wow, I've written so much.
Well I have to continue later on. My fingers are already freezing right now from typing so much.
I'll talk more about this tomorrow. I hope so... please remind me about this. haha. I don't wanna miss a single thing in my life. Because I'm a really forgetful person.
I need to write down all the things that happened to me. And I mean really write it down!
