-Boiled pork and daikon radish with miso
Referred a recipe magazine.
Saute the ingredients first, and later boil them with miso and garlic.
Yummy!

-Chinese-styledpotato bun
Peel 2 pcs of medium-sized potatoes, and grate them.
Mix the potato and 2 tbs of starch and flour, 1/4 tsp of salt, 1/2 tbs of oyster sauce, sesame oil, and soysauce, a bit of chicken soup, moderate amount of chopped green onion into a bowl.
Heat a bit of oil in a pan and scoop the potato with a table spoon, and put on the pan.
Fry it at low to medium heat and upend it, and when the color changes brown, stop the fire.
You don't have to use soysauce beside it.
It is really soft and sticky when fresh from the pan.
If you don't eat it as soon as possible, it becomes distasteful.
So please make it right before the meal.

My mother-in-law bought chopsticks for kids called "Edison's chopsticks".
I thought it's too early for my son to use them though.
However, he liked them and could use them well.
Even though he hasn't eaten food by himself with a spoon or fork, he wanted to use the chopstiks by himself and ate well.
It also surprised me when he ate not only his favorites, but also other food.
However when he couldn't use them well, he threw a tantrum.
So I was in trouble and had to attend to him.
Last night it was the first time that he wanted to wear his pajamas by himself.
So I tried to help him, but he went angry and struggled on wearing them by himself.
It actually took him over 5 minutes to put his jammies on, but he was satisfied.
Now it's sometimes troublesome when he throws tantrums.
Of course, I know this is just a part of growing up.
But sometimes I think the days which I took care of his everything were easier.
I think this is his first step of independence from his parents.
From now, he will be able to do many things and mother's help will be decreasing.
I have to judge how much I should help him.
It's both happy and lonely.
He still depends a lot on me though.
