何かしている時に、それに完全にのめり込んで精力的に集中してる感覚ってあるよな。
時間が一瞬ですぎたり、全然疲れんかったりする時。

厳密に言えばもうちょい定義には条件があると思うけど、そんな感じの精神状態はフローって言われる。

ミハイ・チクセントミハイって人が提唱した概念。

まぁ厳密な意味でのフロー体験はなかなかないかもしれんけど、それに近い状態にはなることがあるよな。

おれも塾で授業してた頃、調子が良い時は他の人の声が聞こえんようになることがあった。
そんな時は当然ながら時間が過ぎるのが一瞬やったし、授業中に疲れも感じひん。

今思えば、そういう時の授業はフロー体験に近い気がするな。
おれは（生徒はどう感じてたか知らんけど）、かなり良い感じの授業やと思ったわ。

相当程度に研ぎ澄まされたものでなくても、それに近い体験を勉強において、仕事においてもっとたくさんできたらいいなと思う。

てか、自分の経験が当てはまるような理論や概念を勉強すんのってむっちゃおもろいな。

I think that technically the definition has more conditions, but that kind of mental status is called Flow.

That's the positive psychology concept proposed by Mihály Csíkszentmihályi.

Though it may be difficult to have Flow Experience in the strict sense of the word, we may have similar mental status.

Managing my class very well, I couldn't sometimes hear anything during my class, when I was a teacher at cram school.
Then, the class was over quickly and I didn't get tired at all during my class.

Now I guess my feeling during such a class was sort of Flow.
I (I don't how my students felt) felt such a class was really nice.

I wanna have more times to have similar feeling to Flow in studying and working.

By the way, it's really interesting to learn theories and concept which hit my actual experiences.
