I enjoyed and relaxed a lot in GW though. So,I'm satisfied it.

自分はとてもリラックスしたし楽しみましたが。

I often come here before working.
The mood is pretty good for me and I can be refresh with my feeling.

I have not noticed that there are many good park in Tokyo. Not only modern buildings and urban atmosphere or so on.
東京にこんな沢山いい公園があるのは知らなかった。
現代風の都会なビルとかだけじゃなかったんですねー。

It was my birthday last day,actually.

じつは、先日自分の誕生日でした。
素晴らしい友人たちが祝ってくれ、凄いプレゼント（写真参照！）までいただきました～
もう、本当嬉しかったですホントにどうもありがと～








And after the birthday party day,I went to short trip where my fathers house.
He stays in Nagoya Aichi prefecture temporality.
So this castle picture is Nagoya castle at night.

そして、その誕生日会の後に、自分は父親の家へショートトリップに行きました。
父親は単身赴任で一時的に愛知の名古屋にいるんです。
なんで、このお城の写真は夜の名古屋城。




The weather was very good in my trip and cherry blossom were beautiful to see.
For my birthday present,my father lent me 'Wii fit',anyway.
It is just lent this,I have to return back later,though.
But Its must be very usual for me now!!
Because I can try to do diet using it.
旅行中の天気はとても良いし桜もすごい綺麗で見頃でした。
ところで、父が誕生日プレゼントとして「Wiiフィット」を貸してくれました。
貸してもらっただけなんで、返さなくては行けないんですが。。。
今の自分には役に立つに違いない！！
なぜなら、ダイエットに使えるからですねー。

Even It was very yummmmmmmmyyyyyyyyyy,It was too much calorie in it.

Uhhhh...There were too much people in this picture (at Harajuku sta.) last Sat.
So,I gave up to do 'Ohanami' at there at that time I went to there.
あああ、、、先週の土曜日にとったこの写真（原宿駅にて）もう人多すぎでした！！
なんで、そこで「お花見」するのは諦めました。



But I got fabulous 'bean Daifuku'!! ←a soft round rice cake stuffed with sweet bean jam.
The sweets shop is very famous for 'bean Daifuku' in Tokyo. I didnt know that,though.
One of my friend who is crazy about Japanese sweets taught me that.
She is right! This Daifuku is soooooooo yummy~♪
It was very big and awesome size(←I cant translate very well that ボリュームたっぷり
お花見は諦めたけども、素晴らしい「豆大福」（←甘いペーストを丸くて柔らかい餅生地で包んだモノ）はゲットしたよ！！その大福屋さんは東京で有名な「豆大福」のお店でし。自分実は、知らなかったけども。
和菓子狂な友人の一人に教えていただきました。
そのお味は、、、超ヤミイイイイイイイイイ～～～～～～♪

凄いでかくてボリュームたっぷりでしたよ



The next day,I went to 'Toshima-en' near by friend's house with her and her baby.
そんで、次の日に友人宅の近くの「豊島園」に友人と赤ちゃんと一緒に行きましたとさ。






Friend's baby is so cute even we forget to put off our mask at that time to take a picture.
ワタシタチは写真撮った時にマスク撮るの忘れていたんですが、子供さんはホントキュート


That day was a little bit cold but beautiful day to see nice cherry blossom trees~.
We drank and enjoyed from daytime together.
その日、ちょっと寒かったんですが絶好のお花見日和でした～。
なんで昼間から飲んで楽しみましたよ（子供さんいたけど！

This is what I found this cherry tree bloomed in my neighborhood.

ついに桜の季節到来！
これは近所で見つけた開花桜の木です。

when I was in Toronto,I saw cherry blossom tree in the park last spring.
It was beautiful as well as Japanese one,but I can enjoy this season more in Japan.
Coz,we can drink outside in Japan! Its legal!! In Toronto,Its illegal though.


トロントに居たとき、去年ですが桜を公園で見ました。
綺麗でしたよー、でも日本の方が自分はこの季節はエンジョイできます。
日本では外でお酒飲めるんで！法で許されているので！！トロントでは違法なんですが。

Welcome to April world
It has been about 1year since I went to Canada.
(But now,I already went back Japan, so... this sentence may be wrong grammar??! plz let me know someone who can correct this!)
Time flies so fast,I guess.

みなさーん、４月ですよー！
自分がカナダへ行ってから約一年たってますね（って、もう日本に帰って来ているので、この文だと文法的に間違いなのでは？？←誰か教えてくださいませ～）
時間経つのは早いですねー。

Anyway,new season is coming and new term is coming!
Did you decide to do anything for new season?!
In my case,its a lot of things I want to do in this season.
First of all is job hunting(...thats my most important one!)

ところで、新しいシーズンと新学期がやってきますよ！
もう皆さんはこの新学期に何するか決めました？！
自分は、色々したいことあるんです、この期間に。

↓I cooked this pasta yesterday from source.
The meat source is made of meat,carrot,onion,pepper and some source... I dont remember what I put in exactly (￣Д￣；；

あ、昨日このパスタをソースから作りました。
ミートソースは人参、タマネギ、プーマンといくつかのソースでできていて、あんまりよく覚えてないです。


↓The taste was too strong,so I put in powder of cheese...
お味はというと、濃過ぎでした、ので粉チーズかけちゃってます。。。

I went to Haneda airport to see off one of my friend from Canada,and then we ate...
special "udon"!!! This udon called "inaniwa-udon",the origin is Akita prefecture in Japan.
This udon is my best udon in the world so far... This texture of noodle and souse's taste...
make me soooooooooooo happy

カナダからの友達を迎えに、羽田空港に行きました、そしてうどんを食べたんです！！！このうどんというのが、「稲庭うどん」という秋田で生まれたものなんです。このうどん、今の所私の中でトップのうどん、食感から出しの味からもう最高のうどんでして、超ーーーーーーーー幸せーーーーになるーーーー

Oh,I often take food in outside (or just dalivery food) thesedays.
Every morning, Im trying to cook breakfast,but only fried fish and natto and miso soup
(and white rice, of course).
最近よく外食（または出前）してしまうこの頃です。
朝は朝食作ってはいるんですが、焼き魚と納豆とみそ汁（もちろん白米！）のみですけど。


Because there are too many food that I wanna eat in Japan~!

Today is beef day!!
Oh,Sorry I just decided by myself.Its not public beef day,as you know.

今日は牛肉の日でーす！！
あ、いえスミマセン。勝手に自分で決めただけです
もちろん、ご存知の通り一般的な牛肉の日なんかじゃないてす。

このカツ丼見てくだされ！カツ丼とは「カットした牛肉のボウル（和訳がオカシイ）」です。
久しぶりに食べるよ～


Anyway,I cooked "katsu-don" today!!
"katsu-don" is one of my favorite menu and this one is almost made by my mother,tough...
I just fried "katsu"=beef and made rice...
I dont remember very well how do I make "dashi"=sauce?

とりま、「カツ丼」を今日は作りました！！
「カツ丼」は好物料理のひとつで、今回のコレはほとんど母が作ったんですけども。
自分はただ「カツ＝牛肉」をあげてご飯作っただけです。。。
なんで「だし＝汁？」の作り方は良く覚えていません。


As result,this "katsu" was a little bit hard to bite.
Egg and sliced onion made it soft.
So next time,Ill try to make more soft "katsu".
I do not get the hang of cooking yet.
The way of becoming good chef is not easy,I see.

結果味はどうだったかというと、少し「カツ」は硬かったです。
卵とタマネギが肉を柔らかくしてくれました。
なんで、次回はもっと柔らかい「カツ」に挑戦したいと。
まだ、料理のコツ掴めません
ナイスな料理人の道は厳しいですねー
